Baithak means a sitting — a gathering of old friends, new stories and unhurried afternoons. Since day one, we've kept the kettle warm and the bentwood chairs a little wobbly, just the way an old cafe should be.
Baithak was imagined as the kind of neighbourhood adda where nobody is rushed: a warm kettle, familiar flavours, old-cafe details and conversations that are allowed to run long. Our menu brings together cutting chai, coffee, bakery favourites and comfort food in a space inspired by the timeless cafes we grew up loving.
